  • Tracking Your Order
    We use FedEx Ground as our preferred method of shipment, which generally takes 5 to 8 business days to reach its destination. After your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information so that you can track your order directly. All our products are insured and require signature upon delivery.
  • Returns
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we can help you easily process a return within 30 days of the day your order ships. There is no return or restocking fee, but you will be responsible for all shipping fees (including insurance fees) in returning your art. To start a return request, please send us an email at orders@ltfiberart.com with your order number and reason for the return
  • Hanging Your Art
    Each art piece is shipped with the necessary hardware and instructions to hang your art. Due to the handmade nature of our art, some dye may transfer to your walls in the process of hanging your tapestry.
